Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with three years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• On-call and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule of basic maintenance tasks.
• Complete required maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure repairs are made safely and in compliance with local laws.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components.
• Perform painting, minor electrical or plumbing work.
• Advise management when an outside contractor is necessary.
• Review contractor estimates for accuracy and cost.
