Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule of basic maintenance tasks
• Complete required maintenance tasks promptly
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and components
• Follow OSHA guidelines for safety and proper handling of tools
• Coordinate with management when outside contractors are needed
