Sunrise Senior Living in Yardley, PA is seeking aMaintenance Assistant to help keep a safe, clean, and well-maintained community for residents and staff. You will support daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine safety checks to ensure a comfortable living environment.

The role involves basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures), HVAC and system maintenance, painting, and making-ready suites, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Mansioni

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned
