Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, and water systems.
• Familiarity with washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding preventive maintenance principles and routines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
