Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, performing light maintenance, basic repairs, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining common areas and restrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.
• Previous maintenance, building operations or custodial experience preferred.
• Experience with building repairs and maintenance tasks and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and common areas daily to identify safety, maintenance and cleanliness concerns.
• Perform routine light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, minor painting and basic repairs.
• Assist with minor plumbing and electrical maintenance when appropriate and permitted.
• Complete preventative maintenance and seasonal upkeep to preserve buildings and assets.
• Maintain and clean common areas, including restrooms, clubhouse, meeting rooms, kitchen and fitness areas.
• Report issues, shortages, damages, or hazards to management and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
