Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance or handyman experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property issues.
• Reliable, independent and detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties.
• Replace HVAC filters and smoke detector batteries; test detectors and safety equipment.
• Replace light bulbs and batteries; address basic electrical issues.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and troubleshoot appliances.
• Coordinate larger repairs with vendors and travel between properties as needed.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance performed and supplies used.
