Job summary

Esplanade at Skye Ranch in Sarasota, FL is seeking a part-time Maintenance Attendant to support the daily upkeep of the community's amenities, common areas, and facilities. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management, placing emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Preferred qualifications include an AA or trade school certificate and 1–2 years related experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or trade school certificate preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Executes maintenance-related projects across the community facilities and grounds.
• Provides timely reporting of maintenance information to management.
• Maintains a positive, safe, and welcoming work environment; supports teamwork.
• Adapt to new tasks as directed by management.
• Complies with safety practices and maintains reliable attendance.
