Job summary

The Club at Eaglebrooke in Lakeland, FL is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain the golf course and facilities, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests. No prior experience required; a valid driver’s license is preferred and English literacy helps with safety and communication.

Flexible hours and seasonally extended shifts are available. As an associate of Troon, you’ll contribute to landscaping, irrigation, and course upkeep while growing your knowledge of golf club

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and heads as necessary.
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Education

Less than high school education or equivalent
