Job summary

Madison Magazine, part of Morgan Murphy Media, is seeking a production coordinator to keep print assets moving toward the printer on time. The 20-hour-per-week position sits between editorial, design, sales, and marketing, serving as the main liaison with printers and magazine vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating across departments, compiling printer/vendor reports, and supporting audience development and events like Best of Madison.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager preferred.
• Ability to balance several projects at once and meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication with coworkers and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production flow of all print magazine assets including editorial, advertorial, print ads, and special projects.
• Coordinate with editorial, design, sales and marketing to finalize deliverables on time.
• Compile reports for printer, circulation auditors and other vendors.
• Contribute to audience, circulation, and customer service duties.
• Support all-hands-on-deck projects at the magazine, including events and promotions.
