Primrose Post Acute is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants across all shifts (AM/PM/NOC). This part-time position supports the Nursing Department in delivering high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, charting, administering medications, and collaborating with the Nurse Supervisor to maintain care standards and resident safety.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities and supervise CNAs.
• Chart and document patient care per policy and regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify patient identity.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in shift planning and quality assurance activities.
