Senior Resource Group is seeking a Licensed Nurse for part-time PM shift (2:30pm-11pm, Sunday only) in Solana Beach, CA. You will deliver nursing services, mentor caregivers, and oversee resident care and medication management per state regulations and SRG policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare providers, families, and pharmacies, while ensuring quality care and reporting via SRG systems. First Aid/CPR and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Nursing license in good standing (LVN/LPN/RN).
• Minimum 1 year of senior living experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Health Services Department team.
• Assess residents and develop/update care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and pharmacies.
• Document care using Yardi EHR.
• Support Medication Management and med-room processes.
• Assist with staffing and participate in care management meetings.
• Participate in QA and infection control programs.
