Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Solana Beach, CA, is seeking a licensed nurse to deliver nursing services, oversee resident care, and support medication management. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers, families, and pharmacies to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

You will document according to SRG policies and state regulations, participate in care planning, and mentor care staff while coordinating with pharmacy partners and other teams. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Experience in a senior living environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services per provider orders and oversee care plans.
• Mentor Caregivers, Med Aides, and Med Techs; act as liaison with providers and families.
• Complete documentation in SRG policies and state regulations (Yardi EHR).
• Coordinate care for move-ins/out on extended leave and with new providers.
• Support Medication Management program with med room operations and storage.
