Job summary

Senior Resource Group-SRG in California is seeking a Licensed Nurse for a part-time PM shift (2:30pm–11pm, Sundays) to deliver nursing services and oversee resident care and medication management. The role requires a valid nursing license and CPR, with background clearance.

You will mentor Caregivers and work with physicians, families, and pharmacies to ensure high-quality care and appropriate documentation in the EHR. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a criminal background clearance before beginning work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services per healthcare provider orders and ensure compliance with policy.
• Oversee resident care and Medication Management Program in accordance with orders and state rules.
• Act as liaison with families, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Mentor Caregivers, Med Aides and Med Techs while informing leadership of care changes.
• Complete documentation via Yardi EHR and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities and infection control programs.
