Job summary

Circles in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a part-time Workplace Concierge to deliver five-star hospitality in a corporate setting. You will greet employees and visitors, manage the reception, coordinate guest services, and support workplace amenities on a daily in-office schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hospitality or related experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is in-person with a Monday–Friday 10:00–15:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hospitality or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, MS Word.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.
• Office daily in-person in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all employees, visitors, and vendors, setting the tone for a five-star workplace experience.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated and handled with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Anticipate and address the needs of employees and visitors before they arise, personalizing each interaction.
• Ensure reception waiting areas are tidy, well stocked and welcoming.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls with information.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
• Inspect common area equipment for good condition.
• Assist with wellness programs and workplace events.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain high standards of workplace amenities.
• Provide personal services including transportation, dining, entertainment, and errands.
• Act as an extension of Workplace Services mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
