Job summary

Circles North America is seeking a part-time Workplace Concierge to deliver five-star service in a corporate office. You will greet employees and guests, manage the reception, and support wellness programs, events, and workplace amenities with a focus on superior hospitality in a daily in-office setting.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; luxury service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality or related experience, preferably in luxury environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word.
• Experience with desk booking and workplace management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Manage the reception area and anticipate guest needs with a personal touch.
• Coordinate wellness programs, community events, and employee services as needed.
• Maintain tidy, well-stocked reception and monitor access and security.
• Support coordination of office operations and workplace amenities.
