Job summary

Circles North America is seeking a personable Workplace Concierge in Mountain View to join our luxury hospitality‑driven team. This part‑time role supports a corporate client, delivering five‑star guest service, reception management and office experience.

You will welcome employees and guests, coordinate guest services, manage the reception area, and liaise with vendors to uphold high standards. Requires a minimum of 3 years in hospitality or related fields, in‑person work daily, and a 28–29 USD

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, MS Word.
• Proficiency with general internet research.
• Experience with desk booking and workplace management systems is a plus.
• Ability to move through office regularly including escorting visitors, and providing building tours.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all employees, visitors, and vendors, setting the tone for a five‑star workplace experience.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated and handled with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Anticipate and address the needs of employees and visitors, personalizing interactions and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ensure reception waiting areas are tidy, well stocked and welcoming.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls with appropriate information.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
• Assist with coordination of wellness programs, community events, and engagement activities.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain high standards of workplace amenities and services.
• Provide personal services including booking recreational, dining, transportation, and other amenity services.
• Act as an extension of and assist in Workplace Services mission.
