Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Part-Time) to lead our boutique team in Southlake, Texas. You will help meet store sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences, styling customers, and promoting the brand in every interaction.

In this role you will coach and motivate associates, coordinate with store leadership on operations, payroll, and visual merchandising, and ensure loss prevention policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales goals and support individual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling customers based on their needs.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach.
• Coach and motivate associates to maximize sales productivity.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the store team and communicating policies.
• Assist with payroll and coverage based on business needs.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with managers about operations and staff development.
• Represent brand and ensure staff embody brand in interactions.
• Ensure loss prevention policies and participate in audits.
