Job summary

Leap in Southlake is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an elevated in-store experience for luxury brands within our portfolio. You will engage customers, understand needs, and provide thoughtful product solutions while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

The role offers flexible availability, potential keyholder duties, and opportunities to support new store openings and activations across the Leap platform. Prior experience with Shopify or related tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with knowledge of premium accessories and service expectations of high-end clientele.
• Availability flexible to meet business needs including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor.
• Minimum age 18 years old to align with company standards.
