Leap is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Bridgewater, New Jersey boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales through engagement, and support store operations with visual merchandising and inventory tasks.

The role may include opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities, while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; active on the sales floor.
• Minimum age 18 years old per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Drive store sales through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain visuals, replenish inventory, and uphold store presentation standards.
