Job summary

CELINE is seeking an Operations Associate to oversee the movement of all pre-sale merchandise in its luxury store. You will ensure shipping/receiving policies are followed, ticket merchandise, and support store staff with in-stock items while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Based in a high-end retail environment, the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to keep the store well-presented and efficiently run.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Education: Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
• Ensure shipping/receiving policies and directives are implemented.
• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
• Support sales staff with in-stock merchandise not on the sales floor.
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
• Ensure that all merchandise is ticketed.
• Support visual, merchandising and operations needs with moving and storage of fixtures and merchandise.
