• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge, and communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy.
