Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate to deliver a transformational client experience and represent the brand with style and expertise. You will engage customers, build relationships, and contribute to meeting personal sales goals while upholding the Tory Burch lifestyle and standards.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, offering merchandise knowledge, excellent service, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Follow all sales and operating policies and procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver retail excellence.
