Tory Burch is seeking a retail professional to deliver a transformational client experience and represent the Tory Burch brand on the sales floor. You will build lasting customer relationships, apply product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding store policies and brand standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in a high-volume retail environment, strong selling and communication skills, and a highly flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
