Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Retail Team member who will deliver a transformational client experience and represent the brand with style and service. You will engage customers with product knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to meeting personal and store sales goals.

You must be available for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, plus verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Deliver the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to maintain standards of service and loss prevention.
