Tory Burch LLC is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience and drive sales at our store in a fast-paced environment. You will use strong product knowledge and brand storytelling to engage customers and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy to customers.
Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
