Job summary

The Hotel Hershey is seeking a part-time team member to provide professional food and beverage service in a luxury setting. You will join a dedicated team in a resort known for refined elegance and exceptional service.

As a part-time associate, you will handle taking and serving orders, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining clean dining areas while ensuring guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving or bartending experience.
• Must pass accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) within probation period.
• Professional image and guest-focused service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Take orders, present orders, clear and reset tables, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Maintain clean dining areas and restock service stations.
• Assist with maintaining high guest satisfaction and handle guest inquiries.
