Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Bartending and/or Mixology experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• RAMP certification preferred or ability to obtain upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guests' orders to the kitchen using the POS system; coordinate timings and check orders for accuracy.
• Plate and prepare food items and beverage orders with quick, accurate execution.
• Develop and make recommendations for all drink lists and customized drink orders.
