Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, property management, or high-end logistics.
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to drive complex routes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily logistics for linens and supplies between hub and properties.
• Perform post-cleaning quality checks to ensure 5-star readiness.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for housekeeping and vendors.
• Provide rapid on-site guest support for Wi-Fi and appliance issues.
• Schedule and oversee operational activities to meet demand.
• Assist with seasonal projects aligned to goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
