Responsibilities

• Understand sales objectives and meet or exceed KPI expectations.
• Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales plans with team collaboration.
• Engage customers to connect using Polo Connect program and brand resources.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on programs, resources, and offerings available.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store standards, policies, and visual presentation.
• Support floor sets and replenishment and keep stock organized.
• Participate in company trainings on compliance, products, and initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience for customers.
• Provide feedback to Management on product opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, inclusive team environment.
