Ralph Lauren is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador in Florida to deliver a personalized shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will be an enthusiastic team player who helps customers, supports store initiatives, and embraces RL’s brand standards across the sales floor and digital tools.

You will engage customers, build relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy retail environment while maintaining store standards and a guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

• Participate in team training to execute business results and support company initiatives.
• Utilize in-store technology and alternate purchasing paths to enhance the customer experience.

• Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
