Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to maneuver on the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and proactively focus on the customer at the core of decisions.
• Support company initiatives and team training to execute business results.
• Represent the customer experience, align with RL brand standards and store vision.
• Use More Ways to Shop and new technologies to enhance the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Assist in expanding customer connections and channels for purchase.
