Job summary

Ray-Ban is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at our Maui, HI location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving daily sales targets through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

You will support omnichannel service, maintain a polished store environment, and uphold brand policies while contributing to a premium shopping experience for our customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms, including online and in-store.
