Volvo Cars Brooklyn currently seeks a Part-time Sales Receptionist to handle incoming calls, greet customers, and route inquiries to the right department. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and a proactive approach to help customers efficiently.

As a valued member of our showroom team, you will manage a switchboard, process payments, and support managers with light clerical tasks. Flexibility to work weeknights and weekends is preferred, with opportunities for growth and paid

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
