Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will be the first point of contact, representing the RL brand and its values in-store.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will work as a team player, drive daily sales, and leverage tools and technology to enhance the customer journey while upholding RL standards and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or premium environment is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales through customer-focused service.
• Represent the customer experience standards of the RL brand in-store.
• Assist in team training and execute store initiatives.
• Promote new shopping options and technologies to customers.
• Build client relationships and provide ongoing feedback to management.
