Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts and travel

Responsibilities

• Motivate to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide a personalized shopping experience to exceed customer expectations
• Support company initiatives and training to execute business results
• Represent customer experience expectations in store and align with RL brand standards
• Build customer relationships and networking to develop a clientele
• Provide feedback to Management on successes and opportunities
