Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional for Inkwell at Baseline in Broomfield, CO. You will help lease our apartment communities by marketing properties, screening applicants, and preparing lease documents.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring models, completing applications, and assisting the Community Manager with reports and market surveys while maintaining high property standards.

Qualifications

• One or more years of property management/leasing experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals across levels.
• Effective verbal and written communication across channels.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Positive, can-do mindset and self-starter attitude.
• MS Office knowledge: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as directed by Community Manager.
• Monitor local market trends and advise on marketing actions.
• Complete lease applications and verify applicants.
• Assist Community/Assistant Manager with reports and surveys.
• Ensure appearance and condition of property through daily inspections.
