Davis Development, a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry, seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Inkwell at Baseline in Broomfield, CO. You will lease and oversee operations for luxury communities, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will lead leasing activities, collaborate across teams, and maintain top-tier customer service while ensuring accurate records and a compelling resident experience.

Qualificações

• One or more years of Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Luxury community leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lead and build teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure occupancy targets through top-notch service, marketing, and resident events.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Greet and tour prospective residents; explain qualifications and prep files.
• Manage applications, rents, and delinquencies; handle non-payment legal steps.
• Verify accuracy of Yardi records and reporting.
• Support resident issue resolution while upholding the Davis brand.
• Oversee community appearance and resident experience with timely work orders.
