Job summary

Contour Luxury Apts in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time seasonal Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and support the property's success. You will handle inquiries, tours, applications, and lease processing with a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate has leasing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma is required; B.A. preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leasing or related experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to close leases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents throughout leasing process from inquiry through move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation.
• Inspect community appearance and coordinate with maintenance to maintain high standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
