Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Detail-oriented, proactive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
