Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a part-time Day shift licensed practical nurse to join a mission-driven, non-profit organization that values care and teamwork.

Starting pay is $27.75 to $31 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, vision, 401(k) match, and referral bonuses. The role involves patient assessment, wound care, meds administration, documentation, and coordination with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Part-time daytime availability for the day shift.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and treat skin problems as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart information regarding patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms and observations.
• Provide reports/documentation to support departmental updates and actions.
• Assist in identifying and managing wounds and skin lesions.
