Job summary

Oxley Park Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a part-time LPN to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. The role offers daytime hours with shift differentials and weekly pay, plus a benefits package.

You will monitor skin conditions, administer medications, document progress, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care. Join a nonprofit center dedicated to the well-being of residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active LPN License to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Part-time availability for day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms and observations.
• Provide information to supervising RN about patient progress and care.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates and actions.
• Identify, manage and treat wounds and skin lesions (e.g., pressure ulcers).
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Send patients to the hospital when necessary.
• Complete documentation procedures and Medicare documentation.
• Promote the image of the System and contribute to committees and projects.
