Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. You will monitor skin conditions, administer medications, and document patient progress under the supervision of the RN and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN License to practice in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms, and observations.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates and actions.
• Identify, manage and treat acute and chronic wounds and skin lesions.
