Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia or equivalent.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or LPN program completed.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications and observations.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates.
