Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem and Part Time LPNs to join our resident-centered team in Pompton Plains, NJ. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles, reflecting experience and shift differential.

The role involves building relationships with residents and families, assessing clinical needs, and administering medications, while supporting care plans and collaborating with RNs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing the resident first.
• Assess, observe, and document residents’ clinical condition in the EMR and notify the RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond promptly to residents, families, or responsible parties.
• Contribute to reviews of clinical indicators such as falls and wounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.
