Juniper Communities is seeking a compassionate LPN to support day-to-day operations in a 17-bed senior living unit. The role focuses on resident safety, wellbeing, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related field preferred.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations for elder care.
• Understanding of physiology and psychology of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety in a 17-bed facility by regularly assessing residents and intervening as needed.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, and care team to maintain effective communication.
• Complete reports and paperwork to meet regulatory standards.
• Support Wellness Department leadership through supervision, delegation, training, and counseling.
• Foster teamwork and supervise ongoing activities within the Wellness Department.
