Juniper Communities is seeking an LPN to support health and wellness at our Lebanon, PA community. Positions include full-time (3pm–11pm) and part-time (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm) on-site roles focused on resident safety and daily care.

Starting wage is $30 per hour with experience-based increases. Juniper emphasizes diversity, growth, and a collaborative culture that values compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• LPN required; BLS certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform role duties.

Responsabilités

• Manages the day to day operations of the health and wellness component of the community to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting
• Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and monitor vital signs
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical tasks
• Collect lab samples
• Communicate with team, residents, families and medical professionals
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Manages the day to day operations of the health and wellness component of the community to ensure the maximum levels of resident function ability, safety and wellbeing.

Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting

Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc. Monitor and record vital signs

Provide assistance as necessary with activates of daily living

Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks

Collect lab samples

Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals

Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

LPN (Required) BLS Certification (Preferred, not required)
