Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers medications following infection control and safety policies.
• Documents legibly in the resident's chart according to community policies.
• Receives physician orders and maintains MAR according to community policies.
• Monitors vital signs and documents per physician's orders.
• Ensures weekly team meetings and clear communication.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents' information and supports rights.
