Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license is required.
• CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new team member orientation.
• Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs.
• Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar.
• Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications.
• Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly).
• Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings.
• Support tele-psych and manage education requirements.
• Monitor staff compliance (TB testing, education).
• Assist with policy development and process improvement.
