The LPN coordinates health care needs, administers medications, documents in charts, manages admissions and discharges, and participates in rounds to ensure safety and wellbeing, while adhering to state laws and center philosophy.

This role focuses on delivering quality resident care by ensuring safety and meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs of residents with strong leadership and excellent customer service. The role includes offering personal care, support, supervision, and evaluation to residents, enriching their lives by addressing their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.
