A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Reston, VA. This part-time position offers 20–30 hours per week, with coverage for every other weekend and varying hours from 8:30am to 7:30pm, including weekends.

Assignments are six months with potential extension and conversion to full-time employment. Compensation is $37.17 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff, including a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN required with experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER.

Responsabilités

• Administer vaccinations, injections, oral and IV medications.
• Monitor vital signs and document results.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and document responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Review medications for side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assess mood and cognition.
• Document medical histories and treatment in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Communicate with patients, families and interdisciplinary team.
